Dear Oceanside Families and Community Members,

I'm excited to share some of the ways that we foster love of learning and prepare our students for a bright future! As always, our school district stays ahead of the curve to make sure students have the tools and skills they need to succeed.

For example, our K-12 Computer Science and Fluency Pathway meets and exceeds the updated New York State education department standards, offering enrichment and discovery to all students across curriculum areas. Our students explore new technologies, develop digital and media literacy, and engage in real-world problem-solving, all while building social-emotional competence.

We continue to prioritize Fine and Performing Arts, Physical Education, Athletics, and Social Emotional Literacy as essential components of a well-rounded education. Our OSD Parent University programs keep families informed and involved as we navigate the challenges of today’s world together.
