The Department of Community Activities (DOCA) carries this commitment beyond the school day, offering programs that spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture friendships. Our afterschool CARES program, enrichment opportunities, summer playground, and seasonal events provide young people with safe, engaging spaces to explore their interests and feel connected to the Oceanside community.
