Our theme for this school year is "Magic in Every Moment." You'll find it in the excitement of pre-schoolers walking into school on day one, in seniors returning for their final year, and in everything that happens between the first bell and the last. It celebrates the connections we foster, the talents we nurture, the opportunities we create, and the acts of kindness and service that strengthen our community. This is the kind of magic that shows up on any given day, not just at big events.

Musicians practicing their instruments. Theatre students rehearsing their lines. Students challenging themselves through more than 32 Advanced Placement and college credit courses. In our career and technical education programs, students prepare hors d'oeuvres alongside professional chefs and sit in on real courtroom proceedings, learning what their future careers might look like. More than 75 athletic teams and student clubs teach leadership, teamwork, and belonging.

The greatest magic grows from the connections that define our school community. Older students mentor younger learners, and teachers inspire curiosity that stays with students long after the school year ends. Students honor and learn from our veterans. Families partner with our schools through volunteering, PTA membership, and Board of Education meetings, while community members and organizations lend their own service and support. These everyday moments build confidence, spark new interests, and remind students that they belong.

To our returning families, welcome back. To those joining Oceanside Schools for the first time, welcome to a community where connection matters, service brings us together, and every student has the chance to learn, lead, serve, and contribute.
